Governor Godwin Obaseki’s ADC (aide-de-camp) collapsed at his swearing-in ceremony on Thursday, November 12 and the moment was captured on video.
The personal assistant collapsed shortly after Governor Obaseki took to the podium to give his speech after taking an oath of office.
In the video, other security agents of the governor are seen rallying round to help the troubled ADC.
