Frederick Leonard’s childhood and education

Frederick Leonard was born on May 1, 1976, in Nnewi, a town in Anambra State. He is the first of two children. Frederick Leonard had his primary and secondary school in Lagos State.

He had his primary education at St Peter’s Anglican School, Ikeja, and proceeded to Oregun High School for his secondary education.

In 2008, he graduated from Kaduna State Polytechnic with an HND in Biochemistry. Frederick Leonard had already started acting while in the university and had to juggle acting and schooling.

Frederick Leonard’s acting career began officially in 2001. At that time, he was mostly given minor roles in movies. Eventually, in 2008, he landed a lead role in the movie, ‘Indian Doctor’. The movie was an instant hit upon its release, and it brought Frederick Leonard to the limelight.

In 2009, Frederick Leonard featured in the TV series, ‘Disclosure’. The series was a success and earned him more acclaim. Frederick Leonard has since gone on to star in over a hundred other movies and TV series.
