Nigerian music star Davido has extended an arm of generosity to ailing Nollywood veteran actress Ify Onwuemene.
It was earlier reported that Ify Onwuemene had been seriously down with endometrial cancer and has been looking for financial help.
Superstar Davido caught a wisp of the news (actress Grace Amah first shared the news and later Gloria Anozie Young) and asked how to reach Ify. He finally found her and donated N1million to support her treatment.
Davido had earlier posted a video of the bed-ridden actress some days back and asked for help in locating her.
The singer later announced on her Instagram page that he has found the actress. They also had a video communication.
Actress Ify Onwuemene was popular for featuring in the hit TV show Everyday People alongside other Nollywood greats including the late Sam Loco Efe.
Ify Onwuemene has reportedly been down with endometrial cancer for a long time and has even had her womb removed as part of her treatment.
