Eve Esin was born in Oron Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. She had her primary and secondary education in her hometown before going to the University of Calabar for her tertiary education.
She finished from Immaculate Conception Secondary School, Itak-Ikono in Akwa Ibom and graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Calabar in Cross River.

Eve Esin joined the Nigerian movie industry in 2008, after quitting her job as a banker to pursue her passion for acting. She decided to go fully into acting after she received praise for her debut movie.
According to the actress, her most challenging role so far was in the 2014 epic movie, ‘Idemili’, where she was made to carry a live snake in some of the scenes. The movie was directed by the award-winning movie director, Ernest Obi.
Eve Esin garnered more fame after starring in another epic adventure movie, ‘Oshimiri’, in 2015, where she played the role of a chief priestess. The movie earned Eve Esin a nomination at the 2016 Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Young/Promising Actor. She was also nominated for the City People Entertainment Award for Best Supporting Actress the same year.
