Funny reactions as Burna Boy declares himself ‘highest-paid African artiste’

Nigerian Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy has stirred a horde of reactions on social media after he made a post declaring himself “the highest-paid artist in the history of African music.”

The 30-year-old singer wrote on Twitter around 3 a.m on Saturday morning:

I said money doesn’t satisfy me and it’s my Truth but it Doesn’t change the fact that I’m the highest paid artist in the History of African music. Believe it or not.

The post has since generated a storm of reactions on social media, ranging from people asking him to provide evidence and others advising him to calm down.
