Céline Dion wows audience at the Billboard Awards

It’s been 20 years since we were first blown away by Céline Dion’s performance of the “Titanic” theme song “My Heart Will Go On.”

Still, when the French Canadian singer belted it out at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, it had all the emotions flooding everyone again.
