Tomiwa Tegbe’s Childhood and Education
Nollywood actor Tomiwa Tegbe was born in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. He also grew up in Ibadan and had most of his early education there. For his tertiary education, Tomiwa Tegbe attended the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management and Toxicology.
Tomiwa Tegbe’s Acting Career
Tomiwa Tegbe ventured into acting about 9 years ago, in 2011. Tomiwa Tegbe’s earliest movie role was in Niyi Akinmolayan’s drama film “Valour” which also starred Wole Ojo and Ivie Okujaye.
Talking about the beginning of his acting journey, Tomiwa Tegbe said he landed his first lead role in a movie from his first audition.
The 30-year-old actor said:
“I got my first lead role from the very first audition I attended while I was on break in school and that sort of gave me the much-needed conviction that this might just be worth turning into a career and here I am now. Been a bumpy ride but I’m grateful for the process.”
