Unknown gunmen set Igwe of Ifitedunu’s palace on fire

The Palace of Igwe Emeka Ilouno (Eze Dunu) of Ifitedunu was attacked this morning, April 26, by unidentified gunmen.

According to reports from local media, some unknown men stormed the palace of his HRH Igwe (Dr.) Emeka Ilouno – the current king of Ifitedunu in Anambra State, and set it on fire.

A lot of properties were destroyed before the fire was successfully put out.

This attack comes barely two days after unidentified gunmen also attacked the country home of the Imo state governor, Hope Uzodinma, razed vehicles, and killed two of his security personnel.
