Nigerians react to incessant killings by ‘unknown gunmen’ aka UGM on Twitter

Security challenges in Nigeria have more than tripled in the last few months.

Headlines of ‘unknown gunmen’ (now also known as UGM) attacking and killing people and setting properties on fire and abducting students have littered the Nigerian media.

Each day comes with more reports of attacks by ‘unknown gunmen’, now referred to by the abbreviation – UGM.

Nigerians have taken to the Twitter platform to share their disappointment with the current state of things in Nigeria, especially regarding security.
