The death of Reverend Stephen Akinola, the General Overseer of Redemption Ministries Worldwide, is dead.
The Port Harcourt-based Pastor died in the early hours of Sunday, June 6, at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja, according to reports.
The exact cause of Reverend Stephen Akinola’s death has not been confirmed but he was said to have undergone a kidney transplant few months ago.
Reverend Akinola was a native of Igboho town in Oyo State. He was aged 68.
News of Reverend Stephen Akinola’s death comes just a day after the death of another popular Nigerian religious leader, Prophet TB Joshua, on June 5.
