At least one person killed at #ENDSARS protest in Surulere

The #ENDSARS protest in Surulere has turned bloody as police fire live bullets at unarmed protesters.

At least one person has been killed and many others fatally wounded as security officers try to dispel agitators by shooting at them.

The police shootings in Lagos this afternoon (at least one person reported dead) are tragic and condemnable. There is no excuse for shooting anything (not to talk of live bullets) at peaceful protesters. The Police MUST find the shooters and make them face justice in full.
