Veteran Nollywood actor Muyiwa Ademola is currently battling health issues.
The 49-year-old actor and filmmaker took to Instagram to reveal that he is currently in the hospital receiving treatment.
Mr Ademola, however, did not disclose the condition he is being treated for. There are unconfirmed rumours that the actor might be diabetic.
He wrote on Instagram alongside pictures of himself receiving an IV:
“Never posted anything like this before but this is necessary. Especially because of the numerous commitments ahead.”
Fans of the veteran actor and filmmaker have trooped to his comment section to offer their good wishes and wish him a speedy recovery.
Muyiwa Ademola had earlier revealed there was a time he fell into depression when he thought his acting career was over.
According to him, when he saw the majority of the movies being produced were in the comedy genre, he became worried because he is not known to be a comic actor or filmmaker.
