Ekene Dili Chukwu’s son Augustine Ilodibe Jnr. dies of COVID-19

Augustine Ilodibe Jnr, the son of late billionaire transporter, Augustine Ilodibe, popularly known as Ekene Dili Chukwu, has died.

Ilodibe Jnr was reported to have died of COVID-19 complications in Lagos.

He was aged 42 years. The death of Augustine Ilodibe Jnr. was confirmed in a family statement which partly reads:

“With great sadness, we announce the passing unto glory of our dear son, husband, father, brother and uncle, Ekenedilichukwu Augustine Chukwunonso ILODIBE (Junior) who died this morning from complications of COVID-19 in Lagos.”

The statement was signed by the deceased’s son Obinna Ilodibe, on behalf of the family.
