Nigerian disc jockey and music artist Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has started legal action against Davido’s aide, Israel DMW, over his allegation that she cheated Zlatan Ibile in the colloboration project they did.
Cuppy had earlier threatened to take Davido’s personal assistant, Israel DMW, whose real name is Israel Afeare, to court over his allegation that she didn’t pay Zlatan for “Gelato” collaboration they did in 2019.
Following the threat, DJ Cuppy’s lawyers have written to Israel DMW demanding the withdrawal of his statement against Cuppy and also tender a public apology.
The lawyers also demanded through the letter for Israel DMW to “cease and desist” from further libellous statements against their client (DJ Cuppy).
The letter adds that he will also compensate her for all the costs she has spent on the case.
The letter stated that if he fails to respond to the demands within five days of receiving the letter, further actions will be taken against him.
