‘Better to sell my nudes than beg online’ – Tribal mark model, Adetutu says

Nigerian model Adetutu Alabi, often referred to as the “tribal mark model” in the media, has said that she would rather sell her nudes to survive than to start begging on the internet.

The single mother made the statement in reaction to a comment from one of her fans who inferred that she has now become an “online sex worker”.

A follower of the popular model on Snapchat had suggested that Adetutu has now become an online sex worker after she recently launched an account on an adult website where people subscribe to watch her nude videos.

Adetutu in her statement accused the brands she has worked with of not caring about models with tribal marks like her. The model alleged that the brands only approached her because Rihanna followed her on Instagram.

The model said she owes nobody an explanation of what she does to survive.

She wrote:

“Stop asking me silly questions about how I struggle to survive and make money. I rather sell my nudes and videos to survive than beg on the internet. Ire oooo. #sexworkiswork.”
