Peruzzi is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performing artiste. His real name is Tobechuckwu Victor Okoh, but he is mostly known by his stage name, Peruzzi.
Peruzzi is currently signed to Davido’s ‘DMW’ record label. Before that, he was a member of Golden Boys Records. In the early stage of his career, Peruzzi featured in several hit songs by popular artistes, such as “Amaka” by 2Baba. Peruzzi’s childhood and education
Peruzzi was born on the 5th of December, 1989 and he is 31 years old currently. He is the only son and last child of three children. Although originally from Imo State, Peruzzi was raised in Lagos State.
Peruzzi attended Lerato Primary School, and Command Secondary School for his primary and secondary education. He later gained admission to Odesa State National University, Ukraine to study Medicine and Surgery. He, however, dropped out in his fifth year to begin a career in music. He left Ukraine for Nigeria in 2013 to start chasing his dreams of becoming a musician.

Peruzzi began doing music when he was a child. He noted that he started recording songs and playing musical instruments at the age of 7. He initially joined Golden Boys Entertainment Records in 2016.
He released a song, titled “For Your Pocket” in 2017, along with other hit singles.
In 2018, he got signed to Davido’s record label ‘DMW’ and this marked a major turnaround in Peruzzi’s music career. That same year, he released a single titled “Majesty” which became an instant hit. BBNaija runner-up of 2018, Cee-C, appeared in the song’s music video.
In 2018, Peruzzi won the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award at City People’s Music Awards. The following year, he collaborated with Problinkz to release “Pick Call Kilode”. The collaboration also earned him an award by Top Naija Music Awards.

There were once rumours that Peruzzi had slept with Davido’s ex-fiancee, Chioma Avril Rowland. He later debunked the rumours in a radio interview, stating that he cannot have an affair with the fiancee of the person who helped him on his journey to stardom.
