A group of young Nigerians who identify as fans and supporters of BBNaija “Shine Ya Eye” housemate Pere has today, Monday, September 27, stormed the Ilupeju area of Lagos where the BBNaija house is reportedly situated to protest what they termed “unfair treatment” meted out to their favourite by the show’s organizers.
Recall that Pere and Angel were fake-evicted during Sunday Night’s Live Eviction Show yesterday and were both transferred to a “White Room” to play a “Game of Trucks and Screw Drivers” to determine who will re-enter the show as a finalist.
Fans of the ex-US military officer called “The Patriots” gathered on the streets on Monday, September 27, to protest what they called an “unfair game twist” introduced by the show’s organizers to rig their favourite out of the finale, DNB Stories Africa is reporting.
According to the group, Pere’s high score of public votes which trumped Angel’s by a large margin would have automatically secured him a spot in the finale as was done in previous seasons of the show.
