Rotimi Amaechi spotted at the airport walking with crutches

Nigeria’s transportation minister Rotimi Amaechi was on Saturday spotted at the airport walking with the aid of crutches.

Rotimi Amaechi arrived at the airport to meet with Senate President, Ahmed Lawan and Plateau State Governor, Solomon Lalong, who both looked visibly surprised to see the minister in crutches.

It is not yet clear what injuries Mr Amaechi suffered that led to him needing to walk with aid.

Amaechi’s close associate and APC chieftain Eze Chukwuemeka Eze said the minister suffered a hairline fracture on  31st December 2020, possibly due to stress.
