Veteran Nollywood actor John Okafor, better known as Mr Ibu, is currently down with an undisclosed illness, DNB Stories Africa reports.
Fans of the multiple award-winning actor learned about his sickness after a video of his daughter begging him to take his drugs surfaced online.
In the video, Mr Ibu’s daughter stated that the 60-year-old actor does not like taking drugs while also asking his fans to pray for him.
Social media users have reacted to the video, with many noting that the thespian looked visibly emaciated. Some fans of the actor also prayed that the illness will be a minor one.
