Dr Justice Sylverken works at both the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) while his beloved wife, Dr Augustina Angelina Sylverken, works at the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR).
To mark Dr Augustina Sylverken’s birthday, Justice Sylverken decided to draw inspiration from the coronavirus pandemic.
The birthday cake Justice Sylverken presented to his wife came in a green, spiky shape, depicting the novel coronavirus.
To probably alleviate any fear or maybe pass another message about staying safe, the ‘coronavirus cake’ Justice Sylverken brought to his wife’s place of work also wore a surgical mask.
The ‘coronavirus cake’ has elicited a lot of reactions on social media with many Ghanaians making wild humour out of the incident.
At least Dr Augustina Sylverken who the cake was presented to did not complain and looked to very pleased with her husband’s creative show of affection.
