Popular Nollywood actor Jim Lawson Maduike is dead.
Jim Lawson’s death was confirmed by a close friend of the family today, January 9, 2020.
The actor reportedly complained of body pains in the night before going to bed. He was found dead in the morning, local media reports say.
Jim Lawson Maduike was a veteran Nigerian actor whose acting career spanned over three decades. Lawson is known for playing the role of a king or village chief in Nollywood movies.
Through the course of his career in acting, Jim Lawson appeared in over 100 movies.
He hailed from Imo State, Nigeria. Some of Jim Lawson’s most notable movies include “Save The Prince, “Royal Madness” and “The Great Hunter.”
