Sabinus sues Peak Milk and Gala makers for using ‘Something Hooge’ in adverts

Nigerian Instagram comedian and skit maker Sabinus has through his legal representatives instituted a N1 billion naira lawsuit against the manufacturers of Peak Milk and Gala sausage rolls for the unauthorized use of the phrase “Something Hooge” which the team claims is trademarked to Sabinus’s name.

According to information gathered by DNB Stories Africa, Oga Sabinus whose real name is Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu is suing the manufacturers of Peak Milk called FrieslandCampina for N1 Billion for using the phrase “Something Hooge” in their campaign.

The comedian also instituted an additional N100 million lawsuit against the manufacturers of Gala sausage rolls called UAC Foods for using a cartoon-like image of him in one of their campaigns.
