BBNaija Lucy’s Childhood and Education
BBNaija Lucy was born and raised in Cross River State. Lucy had her secondary school education at the Federal Government Girls’ College, Calabar (2003 – 2007). She thereafter got admitted to the prestigious Cross River University of Technology, Calabar (CRUTECH) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching (2011 – 2016).
BBNaija Lucy graduated with a second-class upper degree grade – the second-highest educational grade in a Nigerian university, also called 2.1.

Lucy is a hard worker whose employment history spans several organizations in different areas of businesses.
Just before she began her university education, Lucy worked at Cocoa Products Store with her SSCE certificate as a sales representative.
As demanded by her course, Lucy, while in school, interned for 6 months at Immaculate Conception Primary and Secondary School as an elementary school teacher. After leaving the university, Lucy joined the Calabar Microfinance Bank as a loan officer. BBN Lucy worked at the microfinance bank for about four months before moving to Abuja for her one-year NYSC service.
While in Abuja, Lucy landed a juicy role as the office manager of Dejavu Home Cinema and Interior Finishing, a company specialized in building and setting up private cinemas in residential homes. Lucy left Abuja after her NYSC and relocated to Lagos State.
While in Lagos, Lucy joined Rubitec Nigeria Limited, a renewable energy company located in Ikeja, Lagos, as their project and social media manager. Lucy’s last job before joining the Big Brother Naija show was the role of a medical secretary at Reddington Multi-Specialist Hospital, Ikeja GRA.

Lucy is also a businesswoman. She is the owner of Luciana’s Grill, a grill business she started in 2017. Lucy opened her business of roasted plantains and fish while in Abuja.
