Nigerian superstar singer David Adeleke, better known by his stage Davido, has finally been able to change his Instagram handle from “Davidoofficial” to simply “Davido”.
The 28-year-old singer disclosed he spent 10 years begging a Brazilian man who was originally using the name to allow him take it.
An excited Davido wrote on Twitter:
“Finally!!!!! NEW IG NAME: DAVIDO … lol I literally begged some Brazilian guy for like 10 years on IG to free this name for me!! Thank you.”
