Veteran Nollywood actor Sadiq Daba has been laid to rest.
The ‘October 1’ actor who died on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, was buried the following day (Thursday, March 4), according to Islamic rites.
The actor died peacefully in his home in Lagos after a protracted battle with Leukemia and prostate cancer. It was leant that the actor died on Wednesday night, at about 8:30 pm.
He was aged 69. He is survived by his wife and children.
Sadiq Baba’s wife, Mrs Mobolaji Daba, is currently the Permanent Secretary (Local Government Service Commission) in Lagos.
