Twitter deletes Nnamdi Kanu’s tweets

Social media platform, Twitter has deleted a tweet by Mr. Nnamdi Kanu – the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), for violating its rules.

In the tweets made on June 2, Nnamdi Kanu threatened the Nigerian government which he refers to as “Zoo government” that “any army they send to #Biafraland will die there”.

Twitter has now deleted the tweet, stating that it violated their community rules.
