EFCC arrests former FIRS chairman, Babatunde Fowler

Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly picked up a former chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Babatunde Fowler.

According to reports, Dr Babatunde Fowler’s arrest is connected to the ongoing fraud case involving tax consultancy firm, Alpha Beta Consulting, and the Lagos State revenue service (LIRS).
