BBNaija reality TV show winner, Mercy Eke, has revealed on Twitter that Ijeoma Nweke, the Enugu makeup artist who was lured to her death by people pretending to be booking her for a makeup session, was her coursemate.
Two siblings, Chiamaka Ifezue and Emeka Ifezue have been charged for Ijeoma Nweke’s murder.
It was gathered that Chiamaka Ifezue conspired with her brother, Emeka Ifezue, to kill the talented make-up artist for having an affair with her boyfriend.
In a recent tweet, BBNaija star Mercy Eke disclosed that the deceased was her coursemate in the university. She also called for the murderers to brought to justice.
She wrote:
“Ijeoma [Nweke] was my coursemate a very brilliant young woman, she graduated with a 2/1. Ijeoma was one of the best in my department (Psychology Dept. 2010/2014) We always tease each other and I will tell her “girl you must work in my rehabilitation center #JusticeForIjeoma.”
In another tweet, Mercy Eke continued:
“And she will say mercy this department doesn’t fit you and we will laugh over it, when I heard she was missing we hoped and prayed they find her alive, my heart is pleading we want justice, just must be served #JusticeForIjeoma.”
