Senator Florence Ita-Giwa kneels down to beg Calabar youths – Video

Senator Florence Ita-Giwa was seen in a recent video that has gone viral on social media kneeling down to beg young people rioting in Calabar to forgive their leaders.

In her words, the 74-year-old former senator said the politicians have failed the people.

Florence Ita-Giwa who is fondly called Mama Bakassi by the people of Calabar said:

“I know we have offended you, the generation of today has suffered. The big people have offended you, please forgive us. Forgive the big people. Forgive the politicians.”
