Jumoke Odetola is a talented Nigerian actress and filmmaker. She is popularly known for her lead role as “Binta Ofege” in the 2016 Nollywood movie, “Binta Ofege”
Jumoke Odetola is also known for her outstanding performance in Yoruba-language movies. However, she began her acting career in the English-language cinema in 2012. This is the year she got her first role in the movie, “Heroes and Zeros” which also featured veteran actor Olu Jacobs.
Jumoke comes from Ijemo in Abeokuta, Ogun State. But she was born in Lagos on October 16, 1983. She is 38 years old as of April 2022. She completed her primary education in Abati School, Lagos. Then she proceeded to Abeokuta Grammar School in Ogun State for her secondary education.
Jumoke Odetola later enrolled at Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo. There, she studied ICT/Computer Science. After which she had her one-year NYSC program in Abia State.
The Binta Ofege star has a master’s degree in computer science from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. Even with her master’s degree, Jumoke’s passion for acting made her choose acting regardless of her father’s disapproval.

Jumoke Odetola’s marriage and wedding

According to information sighted by DNB Stories Africa, Jumoke Odetola’s scandals with married men all started in 2019. In that year, a UK-based Nigerian woman identified as Biola Majekodunmi called out the actress in a post shared by Gistlover blog.
Mrs Majekodunmi accused Jumoke of having an affair with her husband, Mr Majekodunmi. Biola also cried out to Nigerians that she was about to be displaced by the actress from her home. She mentioned that the actress is fully aware that her husband is married with kids but was bent on destroying their family.
Mrs Majekodunmi insisted that she wasn’t the only victim. She alleged that Jumoke Odetola is sleeping with another married man named Mr Abbey Joni who happens to be Jumoke’s producer.
Meanwhile, Jumoke Odetola kept her cool amidst the demeaning allegations. She hasn’t made any public statement to refute the woman’s claims to date.

On January 11, 2022, Gistlover blog also accused Jumoke Odetola of dating married men. This time, the actress was romantically linked with a Senator. It was alleged that Jumoke is having an affair with Senator Solomon Adeola, popularly known as Yayi.
Senator Yayi is a chartered accountant and Nigerian politician. He is currently the Senator representing Lagos West. He was accused of using government funds to sponsor Jumoke Odetola’s lifestyle.
