Who is Craze Clown?
Craze Clown is a Nigerian comedian, content creator, actor, doctor, and cinematographer. He is popularly known as “Papa Ade” in his comedy skits where he often slaps his son – “Ade”, played by comedian Akpobome Oghenetega (Og Tega).
Craze Clown’s childhood and education
Craze Clown’s full name is Emmanuel Ogonna Iwueke. He was born on December 24, 1991, to Mr Uchenna Godwin Iwueke and Mrs Grace Acheche as the third child of 5 children. The 30-year-old comedian is from Imo state. His father is from Imo state while his mother is from Edo state. Unfortunately, the comedian lost his father in 2015.
Craze Clown attended St Thomas Secondary School in Kano. He attended up to four tertiary institutions (universities), including Delta State University, the University of Maiduguri in Nigeria, and the University of Ghana, Legon before he proceeded to Kharkov National Medical University in Ukraine to obtain a degree in Medicine.
He shared his graduation pictures on his Instagram page on July 1, 2017. Though the year and course of study of the comic actor in the Nigerian universities he attended are not known, he made it known that he had to withdraw from the University of Ghana, Legon, due to the constant increment of their school fees. It is also said that he eventually decided to follow the path of his parents in his choice of career as his parent are pharmacists.
How Craze Clown started his career
Craze Clown started his career as a comedian in 2013, shooting comedy skits with his roommate of that time, Tega, which he uploads on YouTube.
He found fame with his portrayal of “Papa Ade”, an irritable Nigerian father known for slapping his “Ade” at the slightest provocation. Craze Clown is actually one of the earliest comedians to find fame from making short comedy skits on Facebook.
He has collaborated in his comedy skits with the likes of Sydney Talker, Taaooma, Nasty Blaq, Bovi, amongst others. He has also paired with Nigerian musicians like Falz, Mr Eazi, Lil Kesh, Mayorkun, Yovi, in different projects.
Emmanuel Iwueke a.k.a Craze Clown organized a UK tour in 2014. Another of his show that took place in the Scottish City of Aberdeen made great waves on social media.
He started his brand and production company “Craze Clown Production” in 2018 and also has a website called houseofcraze.com. Craze Clown has made known his intention to create a TV series with his brand name in partnership with Studio Four Productions which is owned by Victor O. Frank.
Craze Clown is currently a brand ambassador of a Nigerian betting site called “Naira Bet”.

Craze Clown’s marriage and wedding
Craze Clown is a happily married man and father of one. He is married to his longtime girlfriend and baby mama Joan Otanohigbe Iwueke, also known as “Jojo”. They got engaged after dating for 8 years on December 30, 2019, and got married a year after they had their first child.
The lovers got married two years after their engagement on September 25, 2021. The wedding was held at Eko Hotel and Suites and it was graced by many notable faces in the Nigerian entertainment industry. The likes of Don Jazzy, Basketmouth, Ubi Franklin, Mr Macaroni, Broda Shaggi, and Beverly Osu were amongst the celebrities that attended the event.

Joan Otanohigbe Iwueke is the lawfully wedded wife of Nigerian comedian Craze Clown and the mother of his only child at the moment. She is also known as Jojo and her husband fondly calls her “Tata”.
The mother of one was born on October 26. Her exact age is not known at this time but she is reported to be in her “late twenties”, according to some sources.
There is very little available information about Jojo’s biography, educational qualification and background at this time, as she only came into the limelight after she got married to Craze Clown.
However, there are speculations that she might also be a medical doctor like her husband since Craze Clown referred to her as “Dr Joan Otanohigbe Iwueke” in a post he made on one of her birthdays.
