Nancy was raised alongside her three siblings, by her parents Mr and Mrs Isime. The actress revealed she was the only light-skinned child of her mum who passed away on April 28, 1996.

How Nancy Isime started her career as a model
Growing up, Nancy Isime wanted to be many things from a lawyer to a surgeon to a geologist. While in the university, she kept receiving compliments from people about having the shape of a model. As a result of this, she decided to venture into modelling.
She started her career in modelling in 2009 after she won Miss Valentine International Beauty Pageant. She also contested for Miss Telecoms Nigeria where she came in second place. She has also worked with big fashion brands like Lanre Da Silva, Modela, Adebayo Jones, House of Marie, Ade Bakare, Zizi Cardow, Shakara Couture, Konga Online, and many others. However, she decided to take a break from modelling to focus on her career as an actress and TV presenter.
