Samuel Dedetoku popularly known as Sam Dede is a legendary Nigerian actor, movie director, politician, and senior lecturer. A real veteran, Sam Dede is one of the top influential actors in Nigeria.
The versatile actor has a Bachelor and Masters degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt in Rivers State. He is currently one of the senior lecturers in the same university, where he is training upcoming talents.
Sam Dede joined the Nigerian filming industry in 1995 and became well known after starring in the 1999 blockbuster movie ‘Ijele’, alongside Genevieve Nnaji, Eucharia Anunobi and Olu Jacobs. The movie was produced by Sunny Collins Nwatu.
