Last year, at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, music legend Cher brought the house to its very own feet with a joyful run through of some of her most iconic dance hits.
Not looking a day over 30, the 71-year-old also accepted a Billboard Icon Award, saying:
“I’ve been doing it for 53 years. That is not an applause thing, I’m 71 yesterday. And I can do a five-minute plank, okay? Just saying.”
The star also acknowledges that luck has been part of her success.
“I think luck has so much to do with with my success,” she said.
“I think it was mostly luck and a little bit of something thrown in.”
