Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has sent love to her senior colleague in the industry, Genevieve Nnaji, amid growing reports that she is battling mental illness.
In an Instagram post made on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, Tonto Dikeh revealed that Genevieve Nnaji treated her like a “younger sister” in the industry, adding that she would love her forever.
She wrote:
Since the day you treated me like a younger sister and not a fan nor junior colleague I knew I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER. To know you, is to deeply LOVE YOU MAMA.
While there has not been any real confirmation of Genevieve Nnaji going through mental health issues, the reports have continued to spread across social media.
The rumours have been intensified by the actress’s “unusual” social media behaviour in the past weeks, from deleting her posts and unfollowing everyone on her page to posting about Islam.
