The statement reads;

Additional reports state that Wardell accused Sonya of cheating on him with former NFL player Steven Johnson and claimed she was living with Johnson at his home in Tennessee. Wardell also claimed that Sonya’s affair with Johnson began during their marriage and before the date of separation.
Sonya Curry later reacted to the allegations, revealing that she wasn’t living with Johnson. Instead, she was living independently. She also accused Wardell of cheating on her with multiple women. In an interview with The Ringer in 2023, Stephen Curry revealed how he handled his parents’ divorce.
He said in a statement:
I had to make sure I was in that moment with both of them separately and this wasn’t just this whole kind of thing.
