The victim also stated that she and Hakimi had been speaking on social media since the beginning of the year, and they waited for a while until they met for the first time at Hakimi’s house. However, Hakimi’s lawyer, Fanny Colin stated that the footballer strongly denied any accusations made against him.
All through Hakimi’s rape allegation scandal, Hiba Abouk did not publicly defend her husband. After about a month of silence, Hiba issued a statement saying she and Hakimi are separated.
After having taken the decision to legally separate and to stop living together whilst awaiting the divorce procedure, which you can imagine, on top of the pain brought about by the separation, as well as having to accept the sadness that a failed project, which I gave my body and soul, brings, I was supposed to face up to this disgraceful act? According to online sources, in March 2023, Hiba Abouk filed for divorce and demanded half of Achraf Hakimi’s properties. However, according to unverified reports, Hiba Abouk was left disappointed after she was informed by the Court that Hakimi owns nothing because all his properties have been registered in his mother’s name.
According to reports, Hakimi is one of the highest-paid African footballers earning approximately €1 million per month of which 80% is credited into his mother’s account.
