In today’s world where everybody is in a constant hustle and bustle, feeling down has become a part of life.
It’s sad but there isn’t much we can do about it;

Find below a list of 15 simple and inexpensive things you can do to get yourself back on:
1. Go for a walk
Exit Facebook and Instagram and step out into the real world. See the sun, greet other people and enjoy the air.
2. Watch your favorite movie or TV show
Comedies are good.
3. Listen to good music
4. Go out with friends
5. Go for a run or visit the gym
6. Pet an animal
7. Read a good book
8. Read your favorite blog
9. Write a poem or do some painting
10. Call someone (don’t text or message) you can have a good laugh with.
11. Do some gardening; plant some vegetables
12. Play the piano
13. Prepare a healthy salad and enjoy
14. Read The Village Girl by Daniel Nkado; that book is an anti-depressant I swear.
15. Visit your family if they stay nearby
