Perhaps the most striking case of negligent fathers could be that of US man John McCroy who told reporters that the reason he’s not been able to pay his child support fees was because he is dead.
When reporters confronted McCroy, he said that he was unable to make the payments because at one point, he was in the hospital and had “died in a car accident.”
When asked to clarify, he responded “no further questions.”
