Can you eat this BLACK spaghetti?

by Staff writer

Black spaghetti is a popular delicacy in many parts of the world.

Though your sight might disagree, but most people say the black spaghetti tastes way better than other spaghetti recipes.

Prepared with wine, crayfish, onions and tomato sauce, the pasta is turned black by adding 3-4 tablespoons of squid ink.

The spaghetti comes out in a striking, shimmering black color and, thanks to the squid ink, with a slight hint of the sea in its flavor.

Do you think you’d want to try the squid ink black pasta any time?
