Little hope as ‘Gorilla Glue girl’ tries to remove glue with ‘Goof Off’ glue remover

Tessica Brown, the Louisiana lady who put Gorilla Glue on her hair, is currently trying her hands on anything possible to find a solution to her problem.

The TikToker used the high-strength adhesive in place of a normal hair spray and has had her hair permanently stuck for over a month.

In a recent video, Brown, now dubbed the “Gorilla Glue girl” in the media, is seen using ‘Goof Off’ super glue remover to try to get rid of the hardened glue.

Sadly, the product only produced minimal results with only a small portion of the hair freed.

The woman helping her said they have been applying the glue remover every day. They have also had her long ponytail cut off. She said why a part of Tessica’s hair appears to have softened, the most part of the hair is still “not opening up”.

Emerging reports say a Los Angeles-based plastic surgeon named Dr Michael Obeng has offered to treat Tessica Brown using “a special procedure” that will completely get rid of the glue.

The lengthy procedure will repotedly last 2 to 3 days and is estimated to cost around $12,500 but Dr Obeng said he would be treating Ms Brown for free.
