Pastor Dwayne Dawkins was born and raised in Long Island, New York. His full name is Dwayne Henry Dawkins (Snr). He holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from SUNY Old Westbury and another Master’s degree in Professional Studies in Urban Ministry from Alliance Theological Seminary, New York.
