Sold Out or Not? Davido reacts to claims of empty seats at O2 show

Shortly after the commencement of Davido’s London Concert at O2 Arena on March 5, reports started spreading on social media that the arena was not sold out like the singer previously claimed.

The rumourmongers also shared photos and videos of empty seats during the show as evidence of their claims.

In what appears to be a response to the reports and allegations, Davido, 29, wrote a tweet on his official Twitter page, saying:

“The Shit was full full”.

The London O2 Arena has a seating capacity of 20,000. The venue has over the years become a favourite among Nigerian stars for their music concerts and live shows. Selling out the arena has somewhat become a measure of an artiste’s influence or success.
