Strawberries do not only look sweet and delicious, but they are also loaded with anti-oxidants, vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, folic acid, calcium, iodine, magnesium, manganese, potassium and healthy omega-3 fats.
From immune boosting to heart and skin nourishment, there is really no reason anyone would not want to eat strawberries.
And what better way to eat strawberries than turning them into an irresistible, easy-to-make cup of smoothie!
What you need:
i. 8 – 12 strawberries
ii. 2 – 3 ripe bananas
iii. 1 tin of milk
iv. 1 cup of vanilla-flavored yogurt
Process:
i. Blend the strawberries, bananas, milk and yogurt together in a blender until smooth.
ii. Refrigerate till very chilled and enjoy!
