Fast-rising Nigerian rapper Anthony Victor, better known by his stage name Victony, will be undergoing major surgery today after he was involved in a ghastly car accident on Monday, April 26.
The news of Victony’s condition was shared by popular Nigerian talent manager, Dafe.
Dafe posted on Twitter:
“Yesterday at early hours of the morning, @vict0ny was involved in a fatal accident which claimed Doyin’s life and left 3 others. #PrayForVictony”.
He added in another tweet:
“Victony was unfortunately severely injured and he’s set to undergo a surgery today. Please let’s all say a prayer for Victony.”
According to reports, Victony and some friends were on their way back from Oxlade’s birthday party when the accident happened.
One of his friends, Doyin, died on the spot of the accident.
